Submit Refund Request

All refund requests are handled on a case-by-case basis. Investigation will be made accordingly. Based on the Terms & Conditions agreed upon, there will be a Processing Fee of RM5.00 for order cancellation.

You’ll receive the refund within 7-14 working days depending on bank approval.

** Ensure that the IC number and name of accountholder are accurate. Refund process will fail if the info is inaccurate.
